Just because a kitchen planner may have made a mistake, generate ongoing costs?
The cleanest solution would be a 50 cm wall cabinet like a base cabinet next to the tall cabinet and on the tall cabinet at least a 5 cm wide panel to the exterior wall, depending on the manufacturer's recommendation.

Unless there is even a planning error by the architect here, if they were involved in the kitchen planning.

I have a suggestion for a hack solution.
You could try to create an air gap next to the refrigerator afterwards:
- remove the side panel from the cabinet
- chip off the plaster and re-plaster it thinner

How thick is the plaster on the outer wall? In my case quite a lot was applied to make it square.

Addendum: Maybe a little space will be created for 2 cm interior insulation?

Check the drain on the refrigerator, sometimes there is dirt inside that causes water. This is not a defect. Insulation is good as long as air can circulate. PC fans are small, powerful, and can be easily and inconspicuously integrated into panels. They then blow an airflow through. Controlled with a [Rhaspberry Pi] and managed by a humidity sensor, you should be able to get the problem under control. Additional insulation of course helps.

Insulation is good as long as air circulation remains.

Caution with interior insulation!

I think the idea is good. Tip to OP: Please use ubakus to calculate the dew point to see if the option could work.
