I believe buying a new fridge was already listed as an acceptable solution. Of course, it's not ideal, but I see few ways to avoid it. Ultimately, the problem arises from too little space to the wall. Any form of insulation makes the space even tighter, and tinkering with computer fans is something for people who like to tinker. Redoing the entire kitchen for one fridge is also not good. I would widen the gap by using a narrower fridge and additionally work with anti-mold paint.

Are there even refrigerators that are narrower than a 60cm module? I know that from dishwashers.

talk to a professional. in my opinion, a refrigerator should produce enough heat to keep the outer walls permanently free of condensation. maybe a solution would be to direct the waste heat not underneath, but above the refrigerator, so that the warm air heats the outer walls over the entire height of the refrigerator. or improve air circulation with an opening at the top of the cabinet. just an idea...

There are freestanding refrigerators with a width of 55cm that have the same usable volume as mine. Where the heat exchanger is located - at the back - there was no mold either. The wall had mold to the right of the refrigerator and in the lower corner of the room (see picture in the first post), where presumably no heat reaches because it rises upwards. How exactly am I supposed to control where the waste heat is released? And what would be the point of heating the outer wall ABOVE the refrigerator – there is no mold there...

Question to the thread creator: I do hope that the top of the refrigerator cabinet (at the back by the wall) is open, so that air can enter through the grids at the bottom and exit at the top, right?

A refrigerator produces heat that accumulates behind the refrigerator. This heat must be removed to prevent warming the refrigerator and thus increasing electricity costs. This happens through the ventilation grille that you have in the base. Perhaps it would be more advantageous to install such a grille additionally at the top of the cabinet to improve air circulation and remove moisture.
