Mini house - possible for 300K €?

Maybe over time a tiny house can be turned into a "real" house by adding extensions - in case life circumstances do change? :)

I'm not so sure about that. A 70sqm house roughly corresponds to a condominium and many would prefer a detached single-family house over an apartment. The target group would consist of single M/F/D or single parents with one child who might soon move out. Or a very much in love ;-) couple without desire for children. I searched for such a property in my younger years as a single but didn't find one.

Oh come on, don't give up so quickly. ;-) You are at the beginning of a process and you can't just stop it immediately. ;-) How much do plots cost in your area? Would you like to tell us in which region you want to build? As you know, I am building in the Leipzig region.

No idea. We have several singles here... all have over 100sqm and (use) consume that space as well. If I buy a house including the land, it must also have value in return. An expensive plot with a 70sqm house, so 55sqm of living space, is ultimately not worth the money.
