Perhaps a semi-detached house? Or a terraced house?

Therefore, I said that it was in 2017 because of course prices have risen. Today we certainly wouldn’t manage with 285 anymore, but would probably have to calculate 350. The fact that small is still hardly any cheaper is unfortunately true as well. However, the bigger it is, the more land is needed, bungalows require space, and if you have a floor area ratio of 0.3, for example, then for a bungalow with 110 sqm it probably has to be around 550 sqm. That also costs.

The space miracle 90 as a 1.5-story house from Town & Country. Depending on where you build, the price is more or less..

in the East it is stated at just under 150k, for Munich at just under 185k

Possibly, this also makes financing difficult if the bank applies a significant discount to the value in case of a possible forced sale, because it is so unusual.

One should also not forget that a lot of work comes with a house and land, all of which must then be done by one person. For me, that would be a reason not to do it – not because of the amount of work, but because you have to do everything and can’t swap mowing the lawn (for example) for doing the dishes.

best regards

The auction houses of Town & Country might also be an idea. Where do you want to build?

I need to quickly ask a follow-up question: is Town & Country one of the more affordable providers among the solid house builders, since it is recommended so often here? Does this also go along with lower/average quality?
