There is something written there. But nobody cares. A proper CE declaration including the performance declaration is standard. For every product. Your energy consultant must have received this from you as well. Otherwise, he cannot check the product.

Hey, we could take the product and have it patented. Make a little more profit. At the patent office, at least - despite the fact that it is so revolutionary - it is not known or present in the databases. I was bold enough to check there once.
