Make a plan for old building insulation - How to proceed?

I have also been accused of being a doubting Thomas - but this product is probably a decent infrared mirror but not insulation, and it is also impermissible to calculate a magic lambda value in this way. Added to this are the unprofessional promotional leaflets and conflicting statements - and unfortunately not a single presentable building that has been measured all winter long - something like before-and-after. I own thermal gloves with which I can touch 150°C hot rubber parts, but I would not come up with the idea of sticking them to my house wall!
