Adam chose this value so he can tell people that you basically only have to paint the house to meet the building energy law/BEG required values. Unfortunately, not everyone immediately realizes that this value is so far from any reality/reason. And it’s enough if you get a few people with it. Everyone says something different here. Look for another energy consultant. CE is sufficient. I am currently planning a multi-family house with it, and it worked right away with the second one I called. For the KfW, they only need a test specification to guarantee the performance. Here is quickly the manipulated receipt for that.
