Make a plan for old building insulation - How to proceed?

The most fascinating thing about the human brain for me is its ability to cheat itself.

I am just imagining that I drop out of a mechanical engineering program because I don't understand the basics and then successfully convince myself that I quit because "the others" can't think either...

Only to then want to market a product that doesn't even have the values I lie about here on the sales pages online.

And then I also believe all of that myself.

It's like being dead. Exclusively a problem for others. (I always have my cynical phase after Christmas)

so I once contacted "larger" YouTubers (Fachwerker and Energiesparkommissar) and their statement was also that the specified value cannot be correct. Both want to take another close look at it. I am currently looking into how to report the shop. Anyone with experience in this?
