Hi!

We would be very happy about short-term ideas because we can only present a new proposal during the course of the week.

Unfortunately, we only realized quite late that the developer planned a relatively short glass partition for the open shower (approx. 85cm). We are now a bit worried about frequent water splashes in half of the bathroom.

The bathroom is only 10 m² in size with the dimensions 2.85 x 3.55m. As can be seen in the sketch, we have two windows, which do not exactly simplify the planning. The bathtub will be 180x80cm and the washbasin with double sinks will be 120-140cm.

I have already googled a bit and "T-walls" are mentioned there. However, I can't find any sensible ideas on how to plan it like that.

Do you have any ideas, or is the concern about the shower wall unfounded?

Best regards & thanks for the effort!

Is it always the same thread, or are all people currently building houses with small bathrooms and open showers?
Would rotate the bathtub - shower similar to now but possibly a bit longer. Toilet then on the pre-wall of the washbasin.

Hehe... could be.

I had the idea too, but unfortunately the shower only "grows" by a maximum of 20cm in length.

The shower tray installed there is by the way a 90x90 Superplan.

We also have them in 1 m x 1 m and in 90 x 120. There aren’t many other alternatives though - the bathroom is just normal sized (I’m deliberately not saying "small" now).

Hello, normally I'm not really a fan of corner bathtubs. But somehow I had the idea that it might fit quite well with you:

As the bathtub is positioned now, you look towards the toilet and against the wall. I would rather do it like with the corner bathtub or instead a normal tub behind the shower. Between the sink and the toilet, I would then plan a small partition wall.

Best regards
