The budget is of course not unlimited, but first and foremost the optimal solution is the priority :)

Since the delivery times from Warema are too long for me, we are now going with a Brustor 200 XL. I currently feel very well advised, but I find the installation costs of 4200,- really steep. It is calculated with 70 hours. I don’t like negotiating on work because I think it must be properly paid and carried out, but is this really a realistic scope?

That is completely nonsense.
That is freestanding and doable with pad foundations, right?
I would even trust myself to do that and be ashamed to ask for 4200 EUR for it.
Or what else is included?

Oh sorry, I forgot that this was about a rooftop terrace. You can't work with simple point foundations here and need to keep the waterproofing intact. So not necessarily more time-consuming but requires experience and material. So I wouldn't trust myself to do it after all. However, I still find it somewhat expensive. Better get one or two more quotes.

The installation would be on the facade, but presumably on 3 or 4 legs in order to integrate the ZIP awning towards the west more aesthetically. On the opposite side, an aluminum support under the terrace decking is being used to avoid drilling into the ceiling. However, the support is also specially calculated at €135,- net / m. This naturally also includes the connection of the lighting and the heater. Otherwise, nothing else is included, and a crane will also be charged separately.

Yes, as I said, that doesn't sound too complicated. But you have to know what you're doing and possibly need special materials. However, I find the absolute amount quite high and would definitely ask other competitors as well. I would also personally have my doubts whether the whole pergola with possibly an awning will hold just with terrace slabs and a few bolts in the facade. But then it would be the builder's warranty.
