You want two full floors, no high knee wall, and to think ahead.
Your space program on the ground floor needs significantly more area than your upper floor.

Either you give up on 2 full floors, you build an upper floor with useless space (costs money), or you rearrange your rooms.

Now you need a large kitchen, large dining and living area; later a smaller kitchen, smaller dining and living area, bedroom, bathroom, all barrier-free and suitable for walker/wheelchair.

How about kitchen and dining area, living room arranged so that you live generously as a family now. The living room planned so that later, in case X, it can be separated as a bedroom.
Bathroom planned barrier-free, building services room large enough to provide storage space now and later space for washing machine and dryer.
Barrier-free from the garage to the terrace with wide doors.

Upper floor: bedroom, dressing room, family bathroom, children’s room and utility room.

For example, there are two of us and we also have a greater space requirement downstairs than upstairs. Since we were not bound to a particular shape, we have a staggered shed roof and one half is open to the top. So half of the house is only blessed with one floor, the other half with bedrooms and so on. One could plan a large open space inside the outer Jura shape if, despite Jura, you prefer modern living :)

That would then be an airspace that actually works.
