Hello everyone,

we keep running into the size of the bedroom and the dressing room during our planning. Somehow, we are still not quite satisfied with the size of the bedroom. We are worried that it will be too small. On the other hand, we do not spend most of the time there. It should feel a bit more spacious than today (10.5m²), though.

We are considering moving the wall of the dressing room a bit further north, so that we gain more space between the bed and the wall. How did you solve this in your case? How big are your bedrooms? And did you also integrate a dressing room or how did you cleverly solve this?

By the way, we intentionally placed the dressing room in the northern area because there is a street running there and we are thus a bit further away from it.

I am grateful for ideas

1.93 shell construction measurement... That looks better than it will be. You will have a corridor between human-height furniture pieces of 70-90 cm. Not great! Try fitting your entire upper floor with the other measurements...

Somehow the whole area doesn't work. 261 rough construction measurement for the bed and then at the bottom side something on the wall. That leaves 20 cm to squeeze through.

Is there still a 2m line in the dressing area or is it a full story?
And yes, I can only agree with Yvonne, please upload the entire upper floor plan. Everything could still be changed - right?

Everything is indeed too tight.

We had a rough construction dimension of 2.35m wall distance in the dressing room. On both sides, wardrobes with a depth of 60cm leave just over 1m between the rows of wardrobes. That fits well. It definitely could not have been less.

It looks like this now:

Unfortunately, I don't have a photo from another perspective at the moment.

Are you planning with Ytong? The font looks familiar to me.
I also find the whole area too small.
Dressing room: A wardrobe with sliding doors is 65 cm deep, making 1.30 meters for 2 wardrobes. That leaves 60 cm of passage width. A wardrobe without doors is 60 cm deep, which would leave 70 cm. I would plan a passage width of 1.00 meter in the dressing room so that two people can pass each other and you are not standing directly in front of the wardrobe to take out clothes.
Bedroom: A normal mattress is 2 meters long. With the bed frame, you have to calculate 2.10 - 2.20 meters. With a room dimension of 2.60 meters, 40 cm of passage width remain.

We want to plan it exactly like you, meaning wardrobes with sliding doors and a window at the end of the room. I would be very, very grateful if you could post a few more pictures, including some where both wardrobes can be seen. We are hesitating between a shell width of 2.40 - 2.60 meters.
