Why don’t you move the garage to the back to avoid that kink in the granny flat? With this "mini gym" you won’t get much use out of it... Somehow it’s all not very nice... Why no two entrances? One for the granny flat separately? And why is the staircase exactly at that spot? Isn’t that west??? Sorry, but it doesn’t make much sense to me. Wouldn’t you put the stairs more in the north or east... The granny flat more in the lower right corner (southwest?) And the entrance closer to the garage... Somehow I would rethink that once more... we wanted a generous entrance so that you don’t get the feeling of coming into a basement. As I said, we would move the wall of the fitness room to the right, then the room will have just under 10m² which should be enough. The hallway will automatically become smaller. Maybe we can still enlarge the [Einlieger] a bit. The kink in the [Einlieger] is unfortunately due to the floor area ratio and the development plan. We had to do it this way, we originally had it different. Regarding the stairs: they are located in the north. That is the north side. Where the storage and building services are located is northeast. [Einlieger] is exactly in the southwest area and the fitness is west. In this respect, I think it makes sense.
