Why are you having such a hard time with the tip? If you look at the Knoxhult series, the modules will be shown to you. Then you can immediately see which options you have and how expensive it will be. Or with Metod from Ikea… Metod kitchen cabinets are also often available in the clearance section. Or you look at Poco under kitchen units, buy a unit for 359 and use the oven cabinet as a beverage crate shelf..

Wall dimensions:
Technical room: wall at the bottom of the floor plan (wall with window) 5.30m and wall on the right of the floor plan in the technical room 3.0m

Red: This is where the devices such as the distribution cabinet, hot water tank, etc. should be placed.
Currently, it is not yet exactly known how much space is needed on the bottom left of the floor plan from the bottom wall.

Blue: Washing machine and dryer

Green: Kitchen unit with sink

If we make the kitchen unit about 2m

and 1.30m is needed for the washing machine and dryer, then 2m would remain for the devices (probably more than enough)

How long would you make the kitchen unit? Maybe a bit longer (if possible)?

we have mounted both devices one on top of the other with a pull-out shelf. The laundry can be folded on the opposite laundry collectors. Or on the pull-out shelf. The devices already "vibrate" quite a bit in such cabinets, which is why we decided on a "free" setup. So far, it has been working very well for over a year. By the way, the sockets are installed at about 1.00 meter height directly on the right side (accessible) behind the device tower. The drying rack behind it is no longer there. ;)

According to the manufacturer, the cabinets are specially vibration-resistant so that this does not happen. The cabinets are even [TÜV Certified] and suitable for washing machines up to 120 KG.

You already mentioned that... You repeated the request for options and a low price level. Poco with a kitchenette is an option if Ikea is too expensive for you. By the way, I would wait with the whole thing until the technology is installed and you see how much space you have left after the technology.
