The only problem is, the water connection (inlet / outlet) for the sink is already installed beforehand. We will then connect the washing machine to the inlet and outlet of the sink using a T-piece or something similar. The sockets for the dryer and washing machine are also installed beforehand.

You can also deviate 20-30cm with a sink and solve it with the flexible hoses or siphon. And you already have a cable on the washing machine, which also allows for some deviation. Plan roughly and then adjust accordingly. You don’t have to know the connections exactly to the millimeter now.

I wouldn't separate the row of cabinets, so on the right side of the plan.
