I am not a structural engineer, that's why I post my questions. I thought that if there is no floor above, maybe a breakthrough with a lintel is possible without using a steel beam. Do load-bearing walls always have to be aligned? If not, we could simply shift the entire wall down a bit. Correct, but the bathtub also gets wet when bathed, that doesn’t bother you. This way the wet and dry areas are separated, but that’s not what this is about. The bedroom is giving me headaches...

What else should the wall hold? I think that 4 pillars are needed up there for the roof. Anyway: almost everything is doable, so I wouldn’t worry about the structural integrity on the upper floor. Regarding the walk-in closet: either leave it out completely, yes. Nevertheless, you could also pull the partition wall a bit towards the bottom of the plan. Personally, I would also turn the bed. If you want to have a TV there, just hang it up. The dresser can be placed somewhere else. For the TV wall in this case, simply put a one-meter-long wall in the middle. Then you have a semi-open walk-in closet. So shift the wall a bit and have two passages. That makes the bedroom a bit airier (it’s rather small after all...). Edit: I correct myself: leave out the wall! I had remembered the walk-in closet being bigger.

The roof?

Actually, I quite like it this way. A dresser could also fit under the TV. That would basically solve all problems.

Your tent roofs are supported in the middle by 4 posts, not by walls. But I'm not entirely sure either :P Just as you have drawn it, I think The dresser can also be placed on the other side or used as bedside tables. However, I would omit the window.

Even though the bathroom is not supposed to be the topic. With the available space, there is clearly much more possible here than falling halfway into the bathtub while showering.

I sent it like this to our builder by email. If it works this way, that would be great. Thank you very much for that. Why should anyone fall into the tub when showering? There are also bathtubs with an integrated shower, no one falls out there either.
