Lighting concept, how can you implement it cheaply at home?

Please explain why and what your suggestion is.

From what I have read here, a recessed spotlight costs between 70 and 250 euros. Can someone please refer to this?

I paid about 25€ for Kaiser haloX 180mm housing cast into the delicate ceiling + 24€ for casting it into the ceiling.
Then there are the costs for the cable + installing it in the ceiling.
I pulled the cable myself,
in total you should probably expect between 75€ ("DIY") -130€ for having it done.
I also took a few 240mm housings for Dolby Atmos 5.2.4 as well as various speakers in the kitchen, bathrooms, and dining area.
Additionally, consult with a structural engineer, or simply wrap a few thick irons around the recessed spots.

We are currently at this point.
For our "lighting planning" (for in quotes :) ) we went through the rooms according to their use and location in the house and distributed lights according to taste. Since I don’t like to rely on my gut feeling in such matters, but fancy lighting is unimportant to us and we therefore didn’t want to invest a high amount, we went to a down-to-earth lighting store and had two discussions with the master electrician there. In the first, he wanted to get to know "us and our house." After two weeks, he presented his suggestions with concrete lamps drawn on the floor plan in the showroom.

We asked our general contractor what a recessed spot in the filigree ceiling costs. He quoted us €86.

Should we clarify any more things?
