Of course. If you are tied to a certain company, it is a linked transaction

If you don't take care of the hut, you could feel like tearing it down in 30 years already... It always depends on how you handle it. Actually, no one should be able to make an exact statement about the lifespan here. All technology, materials, and methods, especially in the field of prefabricated houses, have improved so much in the last 20-30 years that there simply isn't a house yet to make a statement about this.

The calculated service life of a residential building has not been determined by the materials for many years, but rather by the standard. Very simple standard = simply built house = somewhat shorter service life; very high standard = house built with high-quality materials = somewhat longer service life. However, this “lifespan” assumes that no renovations take place. Through maintenance/renovation/refurbishment, the actual service life is also significantly longer. You have probably heard of listed buildings that have stood for centuries – this is where the “old town” comes from. These buildings have then been regularly refurbished.

A prefabricated house does not offer any special advantages. Except for the manufacturer. Such a house rarely offers a price advantage.

Moisture is always a risk for such a house. Infestation by animal pests or built-in harmful substances are further risks. In our latitudes, a solidly built house is clearly at an advantage.

I am also not sure to what extent the value of such a house is maintained. Certainly, everyone has to make that decision for themselves.

I think you overlooked the hint about the short selling trick.

Massa Haus offers almost only plots of land in this region that do not belong to them. And sometimes really brazen, e.g., someone in our building area had a plot of land (already purchased) and then decided to build with Massa Haus. Shortly afterwards, Massa Haus offered their plot with house online.

Please educate yourself on the topic, do not trust any promises, and under no circumstances sign the contract immediately.
