If it is independent of that, then the question arises of "why the question" if you have already decided in favor of [Teppich] anyway ;)

Although personally I wouldn’t immediately know how to realize a transition [Teppich] <> [Fliese] without the appropriate transition strip.

Well, the carpet can get a finishing/closing strip and then silicone in the color of the tile grout is applied between the tiles and the strip. The office would actually be the only room where I could still come up with the idea of laying carpet. But only if I have to make a lot of phone calls (hall). Otherwise, I find carpet somehow creepy (but I am also allergic to house dust).

For us, it is the office - hence the consideration.

Transition between carpet and tile with silicone or joint filling material (ultimately no different from a normal expansion joint between two floors).

The only question is whether there are suitable carpets with such a high build-up of 13-14mm at all. Surely no insulation is laid underneath (possibly vapor barrier?).

It's probably because I'm not an expert on carpets, but I assumed that a cut carpet edge would always fray if not properly protected.
Whether a finishing strip on the carpet plus joint filler looks significantly better than a clean, narrow transition strip is probably a matter of taste.

I rather wonder how much disgusting stuff accumulates in a 13-14mm carpet over the years

We have successfully installed the laminate - it looks super great now! Thank God we didn’t choose carpet :D

We have about a 5mm height difference between the tile hallway and the office laminate.

Currently, we don’t have any interior doors installed yet (they will come in about 2-3 weeks).

We are considering a transition profile for gluing - does anyone here have experience with this and can recommend a manufacturer or a specific profile?

Should the profile be installed before fitting the interior doors?

Can these profiles be custom cut somewhere? Is there anything else that needs to be considered?
