What we have really enjoyed since moving in is the motion sensor in the hallway - there were mixed opinions about it beforehand, but we love the thing. No matter which room we come out of - the light turns on. Absolutely great. Also, the flush-mounted cable duct for the television. But you really have to think carefully where it should hang later, and there isn't much variation possible afterwards.

What we have really enjoyed since moving in is the motion sensor in the hallway – there were mixed opinions about it beforehand, but we love it. No matter which room we come out of – the light goes on. Absolutely brilliant.
And now imagine having something like that in several rooms. You forget what a light switch actually is and what it’s for.

We have something similar. In the main bathroom and in the dining room, there are two built-in ceiling speakers each.
The cables go to the network cabinet and are connected to a network amplifier.
The whole system is then controlled via an app.
