Nothing has been said about the Riester yet. It is not worthwhile for you either because of the allowances or the tax savings. Therefore, definitely deactivate it. Whether to have it paid out as a Wohnriester is a matter of opinion; it depends on whether it is in a low-interest building savings contract. However, the requirements would be too strict for me.

I am currently planning to liquidate these. Repay the allowances and tax benefits. In the end, I would still make a 20% profit. Because I am currently 60% in profit with the Riester. With Wohnriester, the money would be compounded at 2% each year and in the end, I would have a larger amount than the tax debt. Neither the bank nor the financial advisors can explain it to me precisely and each one says it is different.

But if anyone sees a better option, I'd gladly welcome the knowledge.

Ouch. For that, I especially recommend reading the changes and their justifications. How many of the neighboring properties are still undeveloped, especially in the shown section?

WA 1 and 8 the row is built, the rest is still completely meadow. The area is currently being developed and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. WA5 will be demolished to make space for the road and will then be rebuilt.
