I would recommend that you mark the house and garage/CP in the intended position on the desired plots. That way you get a better overview of how the view and the sun affect things. Especially on a slope, always consider how the garage entrance works or whether you are allowed to place a CP closer to the street.

Small update:

We applied for two plots from the development area in #20 but then withdrew because the development had meanwhile begun in our preferred area from post #1. After several viewings - also with the construction company - we chose plot No. 8 as our favorite and applied for it in October. Last week we received the approval for it. :)

We are now starting the planning phase and will soon open our own thread with our project. *Yippie*

No. Land classically through the local resident model of a municipality, and the construction is done by relatives. I am somehow connected to them as well, but not through the tax law :)
