I am also for the 1, for the same reasons as Motorradsilke. Access to the house from the east and also the garage in the east is (almost) ideal.
So, have you already done your homework: what are now the rules of the raffle and its procedure? After all, we are not at "6 out of 49", where there can be several or even many winning tickets in a class; you have to be very thoroughly informed about how things work. I see no potential for relaxed naivety there – or are you as long seekers already in the apathetic phase? Have we even clarified with what ratio the list of applicants is oversubscribed, and is it even already closed or can someone still storm into the polling station at 17:59?We have to specify 3 favorites,

After all, we are not at "6 out of 49," where there can be several, even many winning tickets in one class; here you really have to be thoroughly informed about how things work. I don’t see any potential for relaxed naivety – or are you long seekers already in the apathetic phase?
Have we even clarified yet with what ratio the applicant list is oversubscribed, and is it even closed at all, or could someone still storm into the polling station at 17:59?
Do outsiders only come into consideration as replacements, or could the locals also be outscored? What is the other building area - would that be scheduled simultaneously / shortly after the allocation discussed here?and although the announcement is only nailed to the church door and not published online, many outsiders already tried last time as well. [...] Two couples have certainly overtaken us in terms of points because they each added 12 points, but they all want to move into the other building area,
That’s how I understand it too: that the ranking of the applicant points determines the order of who gets to choose. So I understand the procedure that the list is processed from top to bottom.
Anyone who is themselves in the top three applicant ranks could in extreme cases only indicate desired plots (and no consolation prize plots). And everyone who is on one of the “visible” list spots at least gets a turn, at worst with the “worst” plot. That sounds good so far. Well then, good luck with that! That would mean that you have no disadvantage if you specify the two most popular plots.
In theory, outsiders could actually outpoint the locals as well. Are outsiders only eligible as replacements, or could they also outpoint the locals?
Originally, the allocation was planned to be roughly simultaneous. But looking at the current development of the infrastructure and the status of the development, the other building area will probably come earlier. What is the other building area - would it be upcoming simultaneously / shortly after the allocation of the one discussed here?
Thank you! :)That sounds good so far. Well then, good luck with that!
