I would plan a two-line kitchen as suggested, with a cooking niche and different colors. More modern and simple. Otherwise, the kitchen looks very much like the 90s.

Basically, the wide window at the top of the plan is a problem, if you ask me. Can it be narrower? Then the tall cabinets can be moved away from the entrance. With so many base cabinets, I would largely avoid tall cabinets and only work with boards on the walls. The 2 tall cabinets that are indispensable can then be placed next to the window at the top of the plan.

Show me pictures of closed kitchens that you like. Then it might be easier to say what would need to be adjusted for you to achieve the "dream image".
