Oh guys... I have to stand up for the OP now (even though I was pretty harsh on him a few times recently). The OP's primary concern was about the color choice and not the kitchen design itself. Personally, I would have planned the kitchen differently too, but that's not the point here. I am pretty sure there is never a perfect kitchen design. There will always be someone who finds something they would do differently or better. Also, a few of the critics have indeed overlooked some information, like the thing with the display cabinet, and suddenly the thread goes in the wrong direction. As far as I understand, the final plan comes from a professional, right? And yes, a cooktop with downdraft extractor fits into a base cabinet of this size, and of course, that takes up space in the cabinet. I strongly assume that the OP knows this as well and can also estimate how much storage space the family actually needs in the kitchen. How are we supposed to judge that?

the display cabinet is going away he wrote.

I couldn't care less about how, where, what, but sometimes something is overlooked or communication was not done properly. The kitchen comes from Poland as far as I know, planning might be done differently there.

Built differently, yes. But the kitchens look exactly like those in Germany and the planning is the same. Besides, the company has already built furniture for German single-family houses several times. I am grateful for any advice. But we do not implement everything just because someone doesn't like something. We appreciate notes, for example about clashes of two different wood colors. We have now taken that into account and implemented it differently.

Just for your information, to finalize the topic I am posting the final kitchen plan. There will be a white strip between the floor and the wood-colored cabinets.

Hi,

this time we decided against high-gloss white. It became matte white. ;)
The constant "fingerprints" were an eyesore to me. It is surely due to the handleless kitchen.
Nevertheless, your kitchen fits exactly as you planned it. It will surely look even better in natural light.

I assume it will look better than in the picture :) I also find yours nice. But my wife wanted a white countertop made of natural stone (marble look). I'll be surprised. Building a house is like a puzzle. You put pieces together and hope they fit :)
