Kitchen appliances you no longer want to miss?

Hello everyone,

like many others, I am building a new house and sooner or later I have to / get to deal with the kitchen planning of course.
In my current rental apartment, I have a standard fridge-freezer combination stacked (80 cm wide), a ceramic hob and a conventional + convection oven.
Additionally, there are stand-alone appliances like a kettle, sous vide stick, microwave, vacuum sealer and food processor (Bosch).

I cook regularly and also like to try new things, but so far I haven’t looked into new appliances.
What I can also say is that I am planning an outdoor kitchen with a grill station and deep fryer, so indoor grilling is still a topic,
but can also be done outside, and frying is off the table indoors because of the smell anyway.

But what would you say is so great that you absolutely need it?

80s/90s induction hob with Flex zone(s) Very high-quality extractor hood (for example, frying is done underneath so that we have almost no odors in the house) Two ovens - with several children almost a "must". Temperature 300 degrees for pizza on the pizza stone was also important to me. Everything else is nice to have (steam cooker, warming drawer for dishes or similar). Good blender = Thermomix or Kl

I no longer want to miss a Thermomix and a fully automatic coffee machine.

Likewise, my induction hob with flex zones and an oven with pyrolysis.

Otherwise, I would like a Qooker.

What is a good brand there? Berbel? I am planning to do EXHAUST AIR, unfortunately I have no window at all in the kitchen area.

The two most used devices with us, quooker with Cube for cold and sparkling water.

No more appliances on the countertop, no more carrying bottles, etc. Great.

Honestly. If you consider stove and oven as a given. Then from my point of view it's the dishwasher. Nothing else. I have already had microwave, steam cooker, food processor, slicer, juicer and you really don't need them. Mostly they are just more things that need to be cleaned and can break. A kettle with adjustable temperature is still quite practical for tea drinkers. But other than that it's all gimmicks.
