I have my own subdistribution in the garage. Last week, 2 pieces of 11 kW wall boxes were installed in the garage. One directly next to the [UV] and one opposite on the wall (6 meters). Costs 1,868.00 euros for the electrician and 126 euros to the grid operator due to the increase of the house connection to over 30 kW. Subsidy 1,800.00 euros. Remaining personal contribution of 194.00 euros. I uploaded the invoice directly to the [KfW] and immediately received confirmation of the payment for 28.02.

Yes. 2 x ABL eMH1 without charging cable.

The installation effort was 1 meter of cable on one side, 8 meters of cable on the other side, 7.50 meters of protective conduit, and a few clamps for the conduit.

Does anyone know if it is allowed to reduce the charging current for the subsidy? The subsidy requirement states that 11 kW must be set. However, there is also something that says intelligent controls with photovoltaics are possible.

Hello everyone,

I have a general question about applying during the construction phase. We are currently right in the middle of it and are following the KfW’s statement: apply only after the house has been occupied. Of course, I hope that the funds will not be exhausted by the beginning of next year.

But someone told me that he simply applied during his construction phase and already received approval. He now has 9 months for the installation – which he will pretty much manage. He didn’t know that you can only apply after moving in. It’s a case of dumb/bold wins.

Now my question: did he have to make intentional false statements in the application?
Unfortunately, I can’t register in the KfW portal right now. In the screenshots I see in Google search, it’s not explicitly asked whether it’s for new construction or existing building.
Only the personal data related to the address must match the ID document. In his case, they don’t. But who notices that?!

Disclaimer: I do not want to make knowingly false statements in an application! I’m just wondering whether it really only relates to the address section/ID card.

It doesn't matter at all whether you have to provide false information in the application or not. Your application contradicts the conditions and therefore it is subsidy fraud. Period. Simple as that.
