It does not matter at all whether you have to provide false information in the application or not. Your application contradicts the conditions and therefore it is subsidy fraud. Period. End of story.
Quite simple.
That is of course true and I see it the same way.
I had the same conversation with the person who simply submitted the application. (That person really exists ;) )
That person really didn’t know anything about the existing building clause. And now please not “ignorance of the law excuses no one.” I am fully aware of that.
There is just a huge number of people who are not active in forums like this and do not inform themselves thoroughly about everything. That also applies to my acquaintance.
He heard that there is the subsidy. Went to the KfW website and filled out the application. And now he has the approval.
I just wonder whether the application explicitly asks whether the house is still under construction.
