I somehow can’t find a clear answer as to what still needs to happen in 2015 for my house to still comply with the current KFW 70 regulation and for me to receive the 50,000 subsidy.
Does the building application just have to be submitted to the city by 12/31/2015?
Does the building application have to be final or can I still make changes afterward?
The problem is simply that we have not yet definitively decided on a general contractor. Basically, everything is settled (building structure, heating system, windows), only minor details in the floor plan might still change a bit. A GC would prepare the building application for us for a fee. This fee would be credited if we decide on them.

Hello, the building application must definitely still be submitted to the building authority this year in order to build according to the current Energy Saving Ordinance. Everything after that will be built according to the tightened Energy Saving Ordinance. KFW70 is still possible until 03/31/2016. After that, the KFW bank will also change its conditions.
However, I would not rush to submit the building application this year at all costs if it is not already largely ready.
We have a similar case.
Next year we want to have a house built by a developer according to the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014.
We and our lending bank have been waiting since 11/23 for the documents from the KFW bank.

The financing has been approved, but the formal approval from KfW is still required for the preparation of the contracts.
The notary has already received the land charge ordering documents.
Before we have all the documents from the bank, we do not want to sign the notary contract.
The application to the KFW bank was already submitted. Does the building application still have to be submitted to the city this year in order to build according to the current Energy Saving Ordinance??? Or does the application to the KFW bank count??
