Hello everyone,
I have already found a little bit about this through the search, but it is still not entirely clear to me:
A developer is building KfW 40 semi-detached houses in the area. Until now, I had not dealt with such properties and KfW funding, otherwise we would not have made the following "mistake." As a result of an early inheritance, my wife was transferred a 2-room apartment (market value approx. 150,000). Therefore, we are excluded from the funding. Would it now be possible to simply reverse this transfer, or to sell this property (which we intended anyway since we do not live there)?
Is this what KfW "wants"?
