...especially when the towel radiator is connected to the underfloor heating and not (additionally) electrically heated. With the low supply temperatures, I always wonder how something is supposed to dry "quickly" there.Why the hell radiators, that's as unnecessary and a waste of space as anything.
Don't get me wrong, I understand the desire to quickly dry wet clothes from children, etc., but I don't see the towel radiator as the suitable means for that.
It seems to me that the towel radiator is only installed in so many bathrooms because the surface area of the underfloor heating is not sufficient to heat the room accordingly. It's just cheaper than wall heating if the standard model is chosen, which is specified in the construction performance description.
In my opinion, they are rarely suitable for drying, maybe just for lightly warming the towels, but that's about it. Or am I mistaken here?
