General Contractor Offer - Heating + Sanitary = OK?

Was there an explanation for the recommendation? I understand if shallower boreholes are necessary due to the geological situation. But just “quickly” swapping 160 borehole meters for 210, and then also drilling an extra borehole at almost the same depth???

Under no circumstances let yourself be talked into a towel radiator. Better to provide wall heating in the bathrooms.

How do you justify your aversion to towel radiators and in favor of wall radiators? Especially in the bathroom, I look forward to the underfloor heating in winter, otherwise tiles are very cold, and the warm towel from the towel radiator will also be pleasant.

I'm not talking about wall radiators... but about wall heating, basically underfloor heating in the wall ;-)

In the bathroom, in addition to the underfloor heating, we also had wall heating installed to ensure it is warm enough, while still keeping the supply temperatures as low as possible. You can hardly operate a towel radiator properly with a supply temperature of around 30°, as it barely gets warm.
Thus, the efficiency of your system suffers because you have to build mixing circuits and unnecessarily raise the supply temperature.

If it's going to be towel radiators, then always electric!
