Hello everyone, a double garage is to be built on a property, which will be directly connected to the house. The garage and the house are located within the specified building boundaries according to the development plan. The garage is placed in the corner of the property and directly borders the property boundary once to the north to a street (dead end) and to the east to the neighbor's property. The neighbor's house is at least 12 m further to the east. To save costs, the space above the garage is also intended to be used as living space. No windows will be installed on the east side facing the neighbor. Is this legally acceptable? Or where can it be checked whether this is possible or not? Thank you in advance. Best regards Mark Nowak
