Anonymous behind the shadow wall?

Understood.

Yes, we are all just humans and love gossip.
The idea with the guarantor only helps in terms of liquidity. That does not take away the risk for the bank that the gain must be balanced through divorce and that the property then has to be sold with the corresponding effort.
But I remain curious how this will continue.

I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself, if it doesn’t work, then it just doesn’t work. She feels the same way. Where is the problem anyway, I asked and you give your opinion about it. All good. But what are these hints between the lines supposed to mean? Why shouldn’t I come out if it concerns me? Is it not allowed to find out such things for one’s own environment? My goodness, should one only ask here if they have 10k net and want to finance 250k at 60% loan-to-value? My girlfriend is not the first in DE who wants to finance a property during a separation and she won’t be the last. Some people here act as if they have eaten wisdom with a spoon. I have my expertise in other areas. If I had it in financing, I wouldn’t have asked here. Just because you ask questions about topics you don’t master yourself doesn’t mean you’re completely stupid running through the world. Here, sometimes your words are twisted and you’re "spied on" as if someone wants to expose a liar. is it possible to close the thread?

Calm down. You are interpreting things here that are not even there.

I just read through the thread again on purpose. And the message is still that you can relax.

I am annoyed, sorry!

Therefore, I will not respond anymore for now until there is news (end of next week).

Edit: Thanks of course to everyone so far.
