As security for the bank that the installment will be paid or in case someone guarantees for any eventuality?

It's just a question from my side and I admit, I came across it because of the advertisement "I guarantee with my name"..

Oh, that would work: For example, you could become an additional borrower as a girlfriend. Full liability, no ownership in the land register. Do banks even go along with that???

I'm sorry, but it won't get any better and basically the case is similar to many other inquiries here: Too little income, too little equity as of today, first wait until everything is clarified and the circumstances are stabilized. That would be the case for your girlfriend after the divorce. She will see that there will be other great properties as well.

yes, of course you as a girlfriend could act as a guarantor. hopefully everything will work out with the separation and your friendship. because it's not that easy to get out of the guarantee.

I don't know if they go along with something like that. As I said, the guarantor idea came to my mind after the advertisement

Everyone knows what it's like when it feels like THE property

No, I won’t guarantee. It was just an idea

She is, very much so! She is close to me like a sister.

But one thing has nothing to do with the other and actually doesn't concern you, but I also have a man who has a say in that and a few months ago I myself bought a plot of land...
