The photovoltaic system must cover 80% of a roof.

With KfW55, funding of up to €18,000 would also be possible, right?

That would mean in the case (for KfW 40) I would have to invest €23,000 more to receive up to €30,000 in funding.

Or without additional costs, up to €18,000 in funding.

In the end, KfW 40 would cost me €11,000 more, right?

Do you already have a financing plan?

Otherwise, I would calculate it with the different subsidies.

There are also sometimes country-specific or regional subsidies.

The company's offer is only an estimate so far, right?

If the bay window is not an absolute must, I would rather omit the bay window than the controlled residential ventilation.

So Kfw40 is not necessary. Controlled residential ventilation is a luxury that is supposedly worth it. I would possibly get an external quote for photovoltaics. Depending on the size, 20k is a lot. Also consider whether to finance it externally.

Now we also had the first conversation with Büdenbender. The consultant was extremely competent and left a good impression.

However, the plans were based on a "pre-planned" house that can only be adjusted to a limited extent. Although the plans looked good, they do not quite fit us because our wishes would be associated with compromises. We were told that a completely freely planned house would not have the price advantages of this house. Whether this was a sales tactic, we could not assess at first.

In the next few weeks, appointments are scheduled with Bittermann and Weiß, Rensch-Haus as well as Luxhaus. In a second conversation with the mentioned regional solid construction company, we will specify our wishes and have an offer made.

After the first conversations, we then want to carry out another selection round so that we finally have 3-4 offers. For this, we want to bring in expert advice and have a comparison of offers conducted.

Well, the standard Golf is also cheap. Every special request must be paid for properly to make the product attractive for the seller. But this has nothing to do with buying a house. Special requests always cost real money – a off-the-shelf product is simply cheaper to manufacture.
