The question is what is already included.

Or what do you think? Mean, not active in my region...

I think that is definitely an option! I also read that the insurance is included in case of damages and does not have to be paid by the own household insurance.

To return to the costs of the house - Büdenbender, for example, has given me the following cost estimate. Do you think this is realistic or is there a catch?

Don't forget the customization. So more sockets, better bathroom furniture, nicer tiles. You can calculate about €20,000 for that. KfW 40 requires controlled residential ventilation. Is that the Viessmann D09?

Even though some advised me against scheduling too many appointments, I find it extremely difficult to make a selection in advance about whom to sit down with. One criterion for selection would definitely be that a preliminary sampling is possible. Here, the consultant from Büdenbender directly pointed out that this is absolutely sensible in order to make the cost estimate as realistic as possible. That definitely sounded credible.

Some consultants from prefabricated house providers offered that we first look at the property together and then plan further. That definitely left a good impression. Other providers, on the other hand, only allow appointments at the prefabricated house center.

To avoid showing up to the meeting with a blank sheet of paper, I playfully put two ideas on paper that probably make no sense at all. I did not pay attention to the square meters here, nor whether it makes sense with doors. It was only about structuring our thoughts regarding the layout. If you notice anything, I look forward to feedback. The first draft would still be missing a small narrow pantry.
