No. Just because you want a lot of money out of self-interest, a bank robbery is by no means legal. There are laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations that you also have to follow. now let's stay grounded... i just want to get information here about which possibilities/grey areas exist. i said from the beginning that everything will be prepared legally. if any penalties etc. threaten, of course i will take care of it immediately. i also came to this conclusion after consulting with 3 architects and 2 chimney sweeps. apparently, there is no clear regulation on this whole topic.

there might also be other (cheaper) options to comply with the energy saving ordinance. you have already mentioned the 15% rule.

You have to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance like every other homeowner, no matter how you meet the Energy Saving Ordinance, whether with ST, photovoltaic insulation, controlled residential ventilation, heat pump, etc. You are welcome to discuss this in the forum.
