How many meters does the property have at the front now? One drawing shows 12 m, the other 16 m. That is a significant difference, because I would also try to move further forward. This would actually be quite feasible with 16 m and then agreed boundary construction.

The house could also stand diagonally in the front part, so you waste a lot of the property.

Mainly .jpg or .png instead of the PDFs, which are probably more cumbersome for the discussants using mobile devices. Very roughly standardized: exterior walls about 40 cm each, 20 cm for a load-bearing wall, and 10 cm for a non-load-bearing wall, making a meter ten. Mainly, you have to consider this for the space requirements, but if you have three small rooms on one side and only one large room on the other, you also have to take into account the "shifts" in the overall dimensions caused by the interior walls.

Boundary construction is definitely feasible. As I said, it’s my brother who is building next to me. :) But unfortunately, I can’t quite imagine what exactly you mean by placing it slanted in the front.

It is 12 m, the drawing on the block was the first sketch just according to ruler measurement from the surveying office. The 12 meters are from the Bayernatlas, so somewhat more accurate... a few cm more or less

I can hardly imagine that either, I'm somehow too unimaginative :(

I passed it on to my better half, maybe it's doable. He did all of that, I'm not particularly talented.

Great, it's noted with me. I'll pass it on as well and hope he can plan it accordingly. Or rather, he has to. :D

No, as long as we consider lines as "walls", just keep the sum of the measurements in mind for now. So 4 + 3 + 4 m are not 11 m, but 12.20 m.
