Is a development plan required for obtaining offers?

Why do you exclude them altogether?

In my opinion, you can recognize the recommended solid builders precisely by the fact that they only show so-called "customer houses." I consider "building suggestions" in the form of drawings always copied into photos of the same meadow to be devoid of informative value and mentally deduct points if there is no overlap between these suggestions and the houses actually built by customers.

A selection criterion within the choice of solid builders can also be if you have a preference for a certain building material. I advise letting the contractor use the stone with which he has the most processing experience, i.e., not trying to retrain a Poroton worker to work with Ytong (or vice versa).

You can already discuss the "finished" floor plan here. Everything may possibly change afterwards ;)

We have a large prefab house village with all kinds of companies in our area and have been there twice in the last few months. I find the houses nice for inspiration and getting ideas, but there was nothing even remotely like what we had imagined. And since I currently plan to build only once in my life, I want to somehow have it the way I imagine it in my head :) At least as far as it is feasible... My brother, for example, will probably decide against a prefab house.

You're right! I find it nice, especially because a show house is located in the same town where we live and will build. It's not a bad idea and I also read that this is among other things what makes a company reputable. And we can do that quite well in advance now, and maybe we’ll also find out right away whether they could even work with us at all! Thanks again here for your tips about solid houses, sounds very plausible.

I have already looked at the floor plans here in the forum, but they are all somehow more professional or advanced than ours. To be honest, we sketched our ideas with measurements on a sheet of notepaper and then recreated them in a program on the laptop. I don’t know if that is already good enough to show? :D

That's exactly enough. Personally, I even find doodling on graph paper in early design phases more useful than immediately coloring everything in Dolby Surround.

Here is the notepad. Maybe you'll get new perspectives from us ;)

Oh damn, I read it too late, too bad. I’ll send it after work later, it’s of course at home, but I’ll send it immediately! Thanks for the offer to take a look. :)
