Revers opening is the only option if you don't want the doors to open into the corridor. Outward opening would have been "cheaper".

what kind of floor do you have in your last door picture?
General question: I haven't seen a picture here of a so-called transom window (a glazing above the door to, for example, let more light into the hallway). On the one hand, it reminds me a bit of office buildings, but precisely for that reason I would be interested in its use in residential houses, whether it might actually look very nice in a home.
