Hello everyone,

I need your expertise. Due to the new elevation of our new building, I have to retain neighboring properties that are at a higher level. The retaining height would be 1-1.5 m.

My first choice would have been L-shaped stones, but I cannot install the feet towards the neighbors, otherwise I would significantly encroach on their properties.

Do you have any ideas, tips, alternatives for me?

Best regards
jaenno

Plant trough if you have space.

What do you want to secure? The house is usually 3 m away.

Upload a plan or a sketch.

Is the new building already standing?

Doesn't the neighbor have to secure their slope? Or you go down to your neighbor?

For this purpose, there are also L-blocks that have the feet on the other side. However, in my experience, these are significantly more expensive than the standard models.

Well, only if those people have changed the level.
