Again: You should have an experienced planner do it – there’s no point in asking a few things on a forum. Unfortunately, you don’t even ask concrete questions... Don’t get me wrong, but first get advice from a company, and then you can present it here.

I had to hang the unit 3cm away from the wall because the axle distance of the unit and the filter box was different. The mounting for the silencer was not supposed to be included (according to the statement), I specifically bought rails and threaded rods for the girders, the silencer came with mounting material. I made the calculation with the Helios tool.

I didn't have the problems – only a few parts were missing in the piping, but that was quickly fixed. I know the tool, but I prefer to trust someone who does it professionally. After all, it's a decision for life and basically can't be changed later.

Without knowing the floor plan, it doesn't make sense. In my case, the system was planned before the floor plan of the house was finalized. Shafts have to be planned, the installation location of the system, whether floor, wall, or ceiling outlets, condensate drainage, etc.

Not in the screed, but directly on the raw ceiling in the insulation layer. Then there are ceiling outlets to the floor below via core drilling. The floor to which the floor covering belongs is then ventilated via floor outlets or vented via wall outlets. If you want ceiling outlets everywhere, you have to put in a bit more effort in a two-story building.

You should consider the ventilation pipes in the floor structure and thus also in the shell building floor height.

This is also how our setup is, on the ground floor ceiling/wall, on the upper floor floor/wall... however, we have dispensed with the distribution boxes... they were simply too big for us...

But as Sebastian already says, without proper planning it won't work... once you have the plan, then even a gardener can install it... in other words, it doesn't matter at all, some expertise and a plan are enough.
