Have you installed the systems in solid or timber frame houses?

ok, thanks already! Does anyone happen to have experience with the installation of a controlled residential ventilation system in timber frame construction?

How exactly were the pipes laid, which type of pipes, which ventilation ......

Questions upon questions.

Ultimately, my concern is to estimate the effort and costs for a self-installation

We laid our pipes on the concrete slab on the ground floor, under the screed, specifically the 8cm round pipes. Then the outlets were placed in the wall, as we have an open wooden beam ceiling and did not want floor outlets.

On the upper floor, we installed 5cm flat ducts to save space and also placed the valves in the wall.

A Helios EC 370 W ventilation system is used. The total planned budget for this is €5000, but we also get the material as equity.
