Hi, I asked how to prove that. Answer see screenshot. So I have to document it with photos, so it should be more or less "genuine". So I can't apply for 7x4m and then install only 4x2 meters in the photo. I think that will be noticed.

You take a few photos from an awkward angle and that's fine. They will of course only be submitted upon request. However, a properly planned infiltration system should also be in your interest.

Hi, I had contact with the UWB again.

Regarding the infiltration of traffic areas. Since I included this in the calculation, but I made a mistake.

I asked again whether I really have to discharge them into the soakaway.

Answer:
Traffic areas must be drained somewhere because they have runoff during heavy rain events. However, whether this runoff is discharged into the same infiltration system as the roof drainage or into a separate infiltration system (e.g. existing green area) is up to you.

It must be ensured that the stormwater does not leave your property.

So, point 1, I will not connect it to the soakaway.
Discharge it into a green area?
I will probably have a bit of lawn and plant beds in front of the house, but how should I discharge it there?
Catch it and pump it back up?

Or simply install a drain/catch channel at the end/beginning of the property and direct it directly into the ground underneath without further piping.

Typically, there is a 3 m wide driveway from the property to the public land. Water from this driveway must not leave the property. Solution: gutter at the end of the driveway, along the boundary. The gutter is drained to the side; you can either drill holes in a section of pipe and connect it, or create a small gravel bed where the water can infiltrate. There will be nothing visible above ground later. This is sufficient for normal driveways.
