I can only recommend checking the calculations and, if necessary, calling Graf again. At our place, the trainee did the calculations back then – and unfortunately made a mistake.

Just to illustrate, directly below the topsoil there is a 6m thick clay layer, highest groundwater level 1.5m below the top edge of the property. Infiltration impossible, therefore option a). Would have liked to infiltrate, but it’s not possible. It always costs money, either a higher annuity or an annual fee. The fee tends to increase, the annuity eventually disappears... The driveway is made with infiltratable interlocking pavers sloped towards the house. At the house, it is led via a catch channel to a gravel lawn area... Therefore, only the sealed area of the roof and carport is paid for...

Nice idea if the municipality cooperates. Here we have a clear directive: "Soil replacement up to infiltration capability." So you can't generalize.

Then they probably slept on the network planning... Hopefully it's an isolated case, I would have considered pre-filters and swimming pond [emoji4]

I think it will more likely become the rule in the future that no rainwater may be discharged anymore. And that has nothing to do with negligence.

Well, I have to disappoint you. We do not have to include paved surfaces (as long as they are not sealed with asphalt). As long as classic paving is laid with a slope towards the street, it is assumed to be fine. Only roofs are considered.
