Nothing can be answered in a general way. Too many factors play a role. A sketch alone is not enough to give advice. The whole question "what kind of house is this supposed to be?" plays a role. Planning includes, among other things, room layouts, dimensions, open or closed construction, walls, that is open or closed stairs, living or utility basement, family-friendly, stylish, comfortable, usage behavior of basement/upper floor, etc.

I have another question: Is it possible to place the basement staircase exit on the side of a straight staircase (V1)? If yes, under what conditions or what should be considered? I am assuming a straight staircase with a length of 4 meters and a floor height of 3 meters. Or does the side exit only work with a 1x winding staircase (V2)?
