??? What do you want? What do you mean? I see two staircase sketches, nothing more.

Both staircases are located on the ground floor, with the difference being that one staircase is straight and the other is a quarter-turn staircase turning to the right. The doors for the basement are marked in orange.

In V1 you basically have the staircase from the side, so 3-4 steps in the progression. The stairwell does not work with the floor slab. V1 is not feasible. If something like this is requested, then under no circumstances should you contribute anything yourself to the planning. In principle, this question is the equivalent of "how can the Earth be round if I can walk straight?"

Maybe you should just come out with which type of floor plan you hope to optimize. Your drawings all reveal what I almost want to call an impressively comprehensive lack of spatial imagination. Only a master student of M. C. Escher will be able to build your house, and at least your staircase V1 is probably also inspired by Picasso’s broken noses.

However, I am at a loss there.

If this is not a trick question. Then only V2 works.

Why shouldn't that work? It is quite common in old buildings as access to the storage cellar. The straight staircase is above the cellar entrance, right? You don't want to jump onto a straight staircase from the side?
