First of all, the 100% super good thread opening must be praised here. Everything you always ask about is really combined in one place.
And then it’s also fun to test something.
The hallway is too narrow at 110 cm, I also found the office too narrow with 180 cm room width, the shower, if it has to be .. ok.
Technology room .. what should go in there, the door is awkwardly placed.
Upper floor .. both children's rooms facing south would be better and the parents' bedroom arranged so that a wardrobe etc. could still fit.
In any case, I moved things around.
Technology room now in the east, closer to the street, that should also be cheaper. In return smaller, maybe so that a washing machine etc. can still be placed on the right towards the window and the stroller can be pushed in there. For that, space under the stairs for vacuum cleaner and the like and planned storage.
Bathroom on the ground floor even smaller, enough for a 70 cm narrow but floor-level shower and a mini wash basin. Cloakroom as an anteroom to the office, which is now at least 215 cm deep. A guest bed would also fit there instead of a desk.
Tried to optimize all doors so that a cupboard can still fit behind them if possible.
Living room now in the northwest, normal windows for the dining table, so that a bench can also stand on the terrace under the window. The main starting point for the terrace is the sliding door in the kitchen area.
On the upper floor still the walk-in closet, if the window there is to be centered above the sliding door below, only reduced-depth cupboards fit on the left, normal depth on the right. Each again in the Ikea-Pax dimensions. For that, now in the parents' bedroom a row of dressers or even proper wardrobes fit.
I treated the upper floor bathroom to a narrow window and swapped shower/WC.
