IKEA is sometimes really annoying

Actually, I am an Ikea fan - even though I would never allow my apartment to look like an IKEA catalog. But I like the stuff in terms of design (and mostly also in terms of price). However, the quality of IKEA products is very varied and obviously also inconsistent.

Currently, I am remodeling my old IKEA kitchen: I needed 5 new wall cabinets from the Faktum series with white Abstrakt fronts. For this, I had to drive to the store five times:

This is annoying!

On the side edges directly at the height of the recesses for the hinge mounts, there were two notches about 1 cm wide each, as if some machine had left its mark there.

How big are the doors? Could it be that when loading, the fronts, doors were pressed against the side bars of the shopping cart or possibly before? At least that's how it sounds. These pressure marks always occur when trying to squeeze a worktop upright between the fronts.

It doesn't have to have happened to you, but it sounds like it since they are all in the same spot. Therefore, it is not a product defect but own fault. But as a family member, no problem. Because of the transport insurance.

No, definitely no "pinching problem" (my car is not that small...). And the boxes were externally completely undamaged. The defects were also under the protective film. That was definitely a product defect.
